Here is a little about me, I was Born and raised in northern California, I discovered my love for cooking as a child, and as I grew older, my love for the culinary arts grew with me. After high school I attended Santa Rosa Junior college where I received my culinary certificate. I then enrolled in the prestigious California culinary academy in San Francisco and received my degree in the culinary arts. After graduating from the CCA, I moved to South Lake Tahoe, and honed my culinary skills in the fast passed kitchens of Harrah’s Hotel and Casino. Then I took my talents to the Napa valley and was the chef of Bay leaf Restaurant. Here I was able to use fresh ingredients from our own garden to create beautifully flavored dishes. And my most recent Chef position was for Korbel Champagne Cellars Gourmet Delicatessen and Market. Here I created a broad spectrum of gourmet Deli items for over 2 ½ years. I now enjoy the pride of my own business, where I can create and design healthy, gourmet and delicious meals everyday for my clients.
