Terrible! Worst experience ever! There is a crazy older man who works there who slandered the mechanic we used to fix our car. Our car ran clean passed emissions with a 10 and zero because the mechanic fixed it up so good. Don't know if the old guy at A was mad that we passed emissions and he couldn't fail us on that or if he had a personal problem with the mechanic. He just accused him of being a crook and he failed us on visual saying that the mechanic didn't follow the manual when he fixed our car and he reported them-- a company in business for over 50 years to the federal business bureau. Unreal! We took our car to another mechanic and he was shocked that the smog guy said any of this and we took that mechanic to another smog shop and they also agreed we were wrongfully failed. We then went to the original mechanic who gave us a copy of the 2013 manual that proves they installed things correctly and when we went back to show the manual to the A guy he was very rude and refused to look at the manual and when he finally did would not admit he was wrong. He says if the referee sides with us he will give us a refund. We shall see-- if not they may have a law suit on their hands!!!
